The product is white powder characterized in excellent thermal stability, and can meet the extrusion and calendering requirements of the planetary extruder for various semi-transparent or non-transparent rigid sheets. It is widely used in the production and processing of various extruded and calendered rigid sheets, such as edge banding strips, advertising films, blister films, lampshades, PVC cards. Without changing the processing formula of customers, 3.0-5.5kg of the stabilizer can be added to every 100kg of PVC powder according to different products and requirements of the customers to replace the organotin stabilizer completely, thus eliminating the odor generated by the use of organotin, while improving the indexes such as Vicat softening temperature and thermal contraction of the products.

The product is a calcium-zinc stabilizer, whose environmental protection grade is better than organotin stabilizers, and can meet EU and US requirements on the environmental protection indexes in the latest ROHS and REACH.
